FAQ

First things first, you don’t have to register for an account to use our site, but it does make your shopping experience more convenient.  For instance, registering with us stores your basic information such as purchases you’ve made, shipping and billing info (don’t worry, it’s totally safe) so that your next checkout will be super fast and easy.  It also allows you to check the status of, change or cancel an order.

To register, simply click on the sign-in link and it will take you to the login page where you can follow the prompts to register.  Voila!  You’re part of the family.

The folks here at Redefine Home pride ourselves on offering great products at affordable prices.  That’s why we offer to match prices if you happen to find a lower one somewhere else.  In fact, we’ll match the price even after you’ve made a purchase with us, as long as it’s within 7 days of placing your order.  Just give us a shout and we’ll refund the difference.

We do maintain the right to match or not match prices on any products that are on sale or promotion- we will consider these on a case by case basis.

To keep our prices great, we need to keep costs as low as possible.  One of our 'thrifty' business habits is to utilize our website's technology instead of having 24/7 Customer Service and Order Processing services.  In general, we request that you process your order through our secure checkout system - it's completely encrypted and won't store your personal information so you have nothing to worry about there.

If you have questions regarding a product before you buy, you can easily reach us through our contact form, or simply click the Inquire/Check Availablity link for the product you're interested in.  We'll answer your questions within 1 business day.

We typically process orders within 2-3 business days. Items that are drop-shipped are subject to the shipping times of the vendor, which will be stated on the product page. Occasionally we will have inventory items that are backordered or temporarily unavailable. We do our best to keep this information updated on our site, but it’s not always 100% accurate. You will receive notification via email when your order has been processed, shipped or if an item is backordered beyond the estimated time.

You can check the status of an order by logging into your Redefine Home account. We include information on shipping dates, tracking numbers and return status. Currently we are offering shipping in the US and Canada only. Free shipping is not available for international sales. Please refer to our shipping conditions for more information.

All packages are insured up to $100 by the carrier and tracking numbers are included on all of our shipments to ensure items are correctly delivered.

You must report a damaged item within 5 days of receipt. Please refer to our terms of sale for information on reporting and exchanging a damaged item.

We love the creative folks in the design industry and always love to be part of interior projects.  Because much of what we carry is decor items, and we strive to offer the lowest prices available, we aren't able to give typical designer discounts.  But we would love to help you find the perfect details to complete your next project and are happy to work with you on pricing for volume items.  Please contact us with your specific requests and we'll do whatever we can.
