At Redefine Home we understand that shopping is fun, but receiving is even better! That's why we do our best to ship quickly and keep you in the loop with your order. Here are the answers to some common shipping questions.
Where do you ship to?
United States: We ship small furniture and home decor items anywhere in the Contental United States via FedEx Ground.
Southern California: We deliver large furniture within our delivery service area located in and around Orange County, California. Please see our local furniture program for more details.
Canada: We ship home decor items that meet the US Postal Service requirements (under 2 cubic feet or 10 lbs) to areas that accept USPS deliveries.
We are unable to process shipments outside the US and Canada at this time.
how long does it take to get my order?
Orders are processed upon verification of payment, which can take up to 24 hours depending on the time the order is placed. Once information has been verified we try to ship within 48 hours. So, in general, you can expect your order to ship within 2-3 business days if everything is in stock. Custom pieces or non-stock items are subject to different timetables.
We will contact you if certain pieces within your order are unavailable or will otherwise cause a delay in shipment. If an item is delayed for more than 10 days, we will ship the available pieces and ship the backorder at no cost to you once it arrives. If an item is expected within 7-10 business days, we will hold the order and ship complete.
General item availability is listed within the product page tabs. These availability dates are estimates only and Redefine Home is not responsible for slight inconsistencies or additional delays due to manufacturing or shipping carriers. Non-stock items, or items that must be Special Ordered, are subject to availability and some items may take 2-3 weeks for shipment. We will notify you if an item is backordered or has been discontinued. Once an order has been placed with our vendor it cannot be cancelled so we recommend contacting us for lead times prior to making a purchase.

Home decor orders under $100: We offer a flat rate of $7.99 Domestic and $22.99 to Canada
Home decor orders over $100: FREE Shipping
Shipped Furniture: Small furniture items typically ship at a rate of $49 or $99 and will be noted in the product details.
Delivered Furniture (available only on SoCal service areas):
Los Angeles: 1-2 pieces $100, 3+ pieces $FREE
Orange County: 1-2 pieces $100, 3+ pieces $FREE
San Diego: 1-2 pieces $200, 3+ pieces $100
Riverside: 1-2 pieces $200, 3+ pieces $100
