Bob Hope Antique Table

As the story goes, we entered into a flea market and this was the first thing we saw, well, noticed anyway. It was beautiful even from afar, but the story gets better. We're told that this lil' old thang used to sit pretty in the California estate of Bob Hope. Of course we don't believe everything we hear and with no documentation from our flea market friend we really can't say if it is or isn't. But the knotty wood and rich finish are enough to love about it. It has aged beautifully and even though it's a tiny bit lopsided it still is a perfect piece. Just the thing for a lonely corner or aside a sofa. And who knows? Maybe it really is a little piece of history...
